In all seriousness… I Love Starbucks…. LOVE it. The key words here being “love” and “Starbucks.”
I don’t really know how successful my life would be without it… and frankly, I don’t care to know.
It wakes me up early after a long night, it warms me up on a cold morning, it gives me a burst of energy in the middle of a dreary day, its a hub for the friendly and the caffeinated, a familiar multisite workplace for the professional, a hangout for old friends, a meeting place for new ones, an inspiring environment for the creative, and a focus space for the left-brain.
I love Starbucks.
Not only would I long for its caffeinated decadence if it were gone, but my GPA would long for its faithful support, my papers for its writers unblock, and my art and writing for its creative motivation.
I love Starbucks.
I have posted many a post from the N Robinson Street Bucks -“Bucks” is my affectionate abbreviation for it- Tumblr, Wordpress, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, ALL of my social networks can say a big “Thank You” to Starbucks.
So many characters to observe throughout the hours, wafting aromas to breathe, and pretty things to see. From the baskets of perfectly stacked bags of coffee, to the dimly lit glass display of sweets and pastries.
I love Starbucks.
As if this patience testing, mentally exhausting, life isn’t hard enough… if I couldn’t run to Starbucks outstretched arms every time I started to beat my head against something in the chaos I’m not sure what other solution I would have.
Sounds crazy I know, but its a place that makes me so happy to be.
So, thank you Starbucks, for your life supporting environment… and love… because I just know you love me too. xoxo
